Cookie notice

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use only the ones needed to run OnlyCasts and to remember a few simple choices. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third party analytics or tracking cookies on our own pages.

• Sign in session (authjs.session-token and related sign in cookies): keeps you signed in and protects the sign in step. It lasts for your session or a limited time, and is needed for the account area to work.
• oc_last_show: remembers the last show you opened so the dashboard returns you to it.
• oc_age_block: set for 30 days when someone says they are under 13 on the sign up page, so the screen is not simply tried again with a different age. It holds a fixed marker and no personal information.
• Staff cookies (oc_op_idle, oc_view_as): set only for OnlyCasts staff using the operator console, never for customers or visitors.

When you pay, you are sent to a page run by our payment provider, which sets its own cookies under its own policy. Podcast apps and players that play our feeds are separate from OnlyCasts and follow their own policies.

Listening to an episode through a feed or a show page does not require a cookie from us. Download counting uses the technical request details described in our Privacy Policy, not a cookie.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign in cookies, you will not be able to sign in or stay signed in.

If we add or change the cookies we use, we will update this notice. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Questions can be sent through our contact form.
